The Luger pistol is an exquisite design, as functional as it is beautiful. This 4.5mm BB gun replica from Umarex's Legends series lives up to the same standards as the iconic German sidearm. It has an almost entirely metal construction with incredibly accurate detailing, right down to the smallest features like the safty and magazine release. With a smooth double action trigger and 21-round magazine, the P.08 is an absolute blast to shoot and a wonderful addition to any collection.
Extra magazines sold separately: UMX2251801
Blowback action is really nice and adds to the shooting experience, and I would like it alot more if manufacturers would just sacrifice the shot count instead of power when designing replica air pistols. I bought this Legends P-08 NBB Co2 pistol because it has enough power @400+ fps to hit targets accurately from 10 meters, while the blowback model has a much shorter range because it has a muzzle velocity around 300 fps. I bought this NBB P-08 for shooting, and more shooting, and it hasn't disappointed me. The trigger pull is DAO, and heavy, but no heavier than a real steel DAO handgun. Hopefully AirGun makers will release some replicas that utilize blowback action and have power ratings above 450 fps, even if the shot count per Co2 cartridge ends up being 25 rounds per co2 cartridge...I don't care! I buy Co2 in bulk when it's on sale and they cost 50¢/cartridge which is no big expense if you get 25 shots for 50¢ worth of gas! At least your ultra realistic replica air pistol has the power it deserves!
